Chad Sowash has worked in the HR, Talent Acquisition, and HR Tech space for over 20 years consulting hundreds of Fortune 500 companies like AT&T, Lockheed Martin, and The Ford Motor Company to name a few. Chad is a former Army Infantry drill sergeant, who cut his teeth in online recruitment in ’98 with an outfit called Online Career Center before it launched in ’99 as Monster.com. He went on to build the startup DirectEmployers Association, steer RecruitMilitary toward revenue as CXO and build Randstad’s first military veteran hiring program.
